List app releases API Reference

List all retained releases for this environment, newest first, with no pagination. Records from an earlier environment with the same name are excluded. The runtime contains configuration and referenced secret names and keys, never fetched secret values. A failed release stays failed after recovery; recovery is reported separately. Available while apps are switched off.
