Kupe Cloud has four plan tiers: Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.

Notes:
- Enterprise is admin-configured and typically handled through sales.
- The same hourly compute rates apply across all plans.
- Observability usage within the included allowance is free. Only overage is billed. See Usage and Costs for overage rates.
How to change plan
Section titled “How to change plan”In console:
- Open
Billing. - Select
Change Plan. - Confirm the new tier.
Upgrade and downgrade behavior
Section titled “Upgrade and downgrade behavior”- Upgrades are immediate.
- Downgrades are validated against your current usage and cluster count.
- If your current allocation is above the target plan limits, you must scale down first.
Plan changes and billing
Section titled “Plan changes and billing”- Plan fees and usage appear in your invoice history.
- Proration behavior for plan changes is handled automatically.
